Delivery and Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure your orders are delivered as quickly as possible:

- Delivery within Saudi Arabia: Takes 1–3 days (excluding official holidays and peak seasons).  

- Delivery to Gulf countries: Takes 10–14 days (excluding official holidays and peak seasons).  

- Shipping fee within Saudi Arabia:30 SAR.  

- Shipping fee outside Saudi Arabia: 150 (please note that the customer is responsible for customs fees). 

- Approved shipping companies: aymakan, J&T, DHL.

Order processing takes up to 5–14 business days, including tailoring and delivery time.
